Can you tow my custom, lowered, or exotic motorcycle?
Yes. We specialize in all types of motorcycles, including vintage, low-clearance choppers, large touring bikes (like a Gold Wing or Ultra Classic), and heavily accessorized bikes. We utilize specialized loading ramps and techniques to ensure there is never any scraping or damage.
What information do you need when I call for a tow?
To ensure the fastest dispatch and accurate quote, please have this information ready:1) Your exact current location(or cross streets);2) The year, make, and model of your motorcycle;3) The delivery destination(address or name of the shop); and4) The reason for the tow(breakdown, accident, or scheduled transport).
Can you take my helmet and gear with the motorcycle?
We are happy to transport your riding gear (helmet, jacket, saddlebags, etc.) securely inside the enclosed trailer, free from dirt and theft. We just ask that all items be consolidated for easy loading.
Do you require the motorcycle's keys?
Yes. We require the ignition key to place the bike into the neutral position (N) for maneuvering during loading and unloading. We also use the keys to unlock steering locks and ensure the bike is safely secured within the trailer. The keys will be returned to you immediately upon delivery.
What is the primary benefit of your enclosed transport over a flatbed tow truck?
A flatbed exposes your bike to the elements, road spray, wind, and debris. Our enclosed trailer is a protective shield. The primary benefit is protection from road elements and total security, which is especially important for high-value custom bikes, chrome finishes, and long-distance tows.
